Beerstone

Canada has no laws restricting uncleaned lines.

Uncleaned draught beer lines can spoil the taste and look of the beer. With a sour aftertaste and no proper looking head, your beer will not sell as well as it could with clean, fresh, ice cold beer.

If cleaned, not only will the beer have a better pour, but your customers will taste the difference!

Beerstone is no joke. Beer isn't supposed to have chunks.

As the beer leaves the keg, it is pushed through the coupler, to the FOB, and into the lines. Then to the tap/faucet. Any kinks or bends in the line are susceptible to beerstone. Beer is left behind in the lines, especially in tight turns; leaving small pools of beer to sit and create bacteria. Once the build up of beerstone has grown large enough, the beer poured through the lines will release the chunks and pour them into the customers glass.
